Incorrect last update time shown on chrome://safe-browsing

Revision	02ca96925ccb743e83ad34bee8595e4a6eec8443-refs/heads/master@{#491203}
OS		Mac

On chrome://safe-browsing, it shows:
Last update network status code: 200
Last update time: 1/18/70, 1:08:05 AM
