What went wrong?
Something wrong with Chrome 60. Chrome 59 works fine.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 59

Hello, I took a look at the screen cast but the issue is not viewing general events. The issue is when you are in a Connections community and you are creating an Event; ie team meeting, etc. It hangs when it tries to create the event. I have recreated the issue in one of our testing environments that you should be able to use as well. You wou I have attached the file below that shows the issue being reproduced on Chrome 60. If needed, I can also setup a webex to go through the issue live if needed. Just let me know, thanks!

Another facet of this - can track in new issue if needed, but this is again related to the event functionality being impacted by the update to Chrome 60:

1. Create new event in Firefox
2. Access community overview page in Chrome

Result: in Firefox, event shows in list. In Chrome, nothing shows.

3. Clicked on "View All Events" in Chrome:

Result: Red X displays

@Jackie -- Thanks for providing your observations. Could you please provide us any test accounts to create events and reproduce the mentioned issue. It will help us in further investigating the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Note this is a problem across multiple releases of IBM Connections. The version being accessed on greenhouse.lotus.com is Connections 5.0, but we are also able to reproduce problems with Connections 5.5, Connections 6.0 and Connections Social Cloud.
Hi,

You can use greenhouse to reproduce the issue. You will need to
register/signup for an account at https://greenhouse.lotus.com. Once you
have your account setup then you can use the steps below to reproduce.

1) Login to https://greenhouse.lotus.com/homepage
2) In the top left is a dropdown menu labeled Products, from there click
on IBM Connections Homepage.
3) You can then create a new Community
4) Once you create the community, on the right hand side you will see a
dropdown labeled Community Actions. Click there and choose Add apps, this
will bring up a list of apps that you can add to your community. Choose
the Events app.
5) On the left hand side of the Community you will now see Events in the
list.
6) Click on Events and try to create an event, once you hit save, it will
hang.

Please let me know if you need anything else or have questions when trying
to recreate.

I also have a test community setup as well and can invite you once you are
registered  -->
