Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://shop.polymer-project.org/
2. After the scroll gesture on the page the address bar is hidden automatically (Works as expected)
3. Navigate between links
4. After the scroll gesture on the page is not hidden address bar anymore (UI BUG)

What is the expected behavior?
1. Go to https://shop.polymer-project.org/
2. After the scroll down gesture on the page, the address bar should be hidden automatically
3. Navigate between links
4. After the scroll down gesture on the page, the address bar should be hidden automatically

What went wrong?
The address bar should be hidden automatically using the scroll down gesture, even after changing the URL.

This behavior works fine on Safari. Both browsers use the same WebKit to works, so I think this is an UI bug on Chrome for iOS
