UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. first tab open your gamil account 
2. Second tab open youtube any video and pause it
3. how hover on the first tab yo will see "Inbox...."
4. how hover on second tab the tooltip gets cut

What is the expected behavior?
The tool tip must be seen clearly

What went wrong?
when i hover on second tab the tool tip gets cut basically it does not show properly when hover from first tab to second tab (if first tab tooltip has long description and second tab has small then this issue is seen
