Issue descriptionChrome Version:60.0.3112.90 6ee4392c6cef820c64ff50b5fd5eeb8596cd0394-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#702} (32/64-Bit). OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history/ (2)Enter any text in search field,Double click on text and drag out on page,observe Actual: Drag text from search field doesn't appear properly (i.e white color text) Expected: Drag text from search field should appear properly. This is a regression issue broken in 'M53' and below is the manual regression range Good Build: 53.0.2748.0 Bad Build: 53.0.2750.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.6 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Canary-62.0.3174.0. Using per revision bisect providing bisect results below Manual bisect info: ------------------ Good Build: 53.0.2748.0 - Revision-395748 Bad Build: 53.0.2750.0 - Revision-396337 Per revision bisect info: ------------------------- You are probably looking for a change made after 396107 (known good), but no later than 396117 (first known bad).
