Regression:Page does not navigate back to chrome://settings/content/microphone from its site page after clicking on Reset button

Chrome Version: 62.0.3174.0 (Official Build)02ca96925ccb743e83ad34bee8595e4a6eec8443-refs/heads/master@{#491203} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3),Linux (14.04 LTS)

Pre-condition: Enable Site settings with All sites and Site details from chrome://flags

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, open NTP,click on microphone icon of search box and 'Allow' for microphone permission
2. Navigate to chrome://settings/content/microphone and click on added link under 'Allow'
3. Scroll down the page, click on 'Reset site setting', then click on Reset button and observe.

Actual: Page does not navigate back to chrome://settings/content/microphone from its site page after clicking on Reset button 

Expected: Page should navigate back to chrome://settings/content/microphone from its site page after clicking on Reset button

This is a regression issue broken in M-62, will soon update the bisect info

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.6 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Canary-62.0.3174.0.
Manual bisect info:
------------------
Good build: 62.0.3166.0-Revision-489161
Bad build:  62.0.3167.0 - Revision-489499

Per revision bisect info:

You are probably looking for a change made after 489231 (known good), but no later than 489232 (first known bad).

Thanks for the report! This is working as intended - since we are updating Site Details to show default permissions as well, it shouldn't refuse to show permissions when they're all set to the default values. (I.e., it should replace the permission list in Page Info, which you can view anytime regardless of whether the permissions are non-default or not.)
