Korean: a suspected typo; "ISP" seems more appropriate instead of "IPS"

Reported by pinesque...@gmail.com, Aug 2 2017

Issue description

[Language]

Korean

[Version number]

Chrome 59.0.3071.125, but it seems the same issue also exists in chromium.

See the link below:
https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/android/java/strings/translations/android_chrome_strings_ko.xtb?q=5719837394786370183

[OS details]

Android 7.0.0

[Where is the poor translation?]

In the screenshot, "인터넷 서비스 제공업체(IPS)" means "Internet Service Provider", so the abbreviation should be "ISP", not "IPS".

This is now fixed in the translation and we're now just waiting for it to push to live version.
