Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the "bug.html" in the attachment. 2. The webpage is a small rectangle that crops a big red rectangle. What is the expected behavior? See the "fine.png" in the attachment, which was screenshot on a desktop Chrome. What went wrong? As "problem.png" shows, the big red rectangle wasn't cropped at all. If I change the "inset(0px)" to "inset(1px)", the cropping works. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.125 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: Issue #673983 has similar reproducing steps, but I am not sure that whether the root cause is the same since my Android phone is not retina display.

Not a duplicate of 673983. Works fine on a high DPI display. I can reproduce on a Nexus5x. It's not clear to me why this is Android only.
