Text of url is not properly visible after dragging out from add search engine overlay.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build)(cohort: 60_78_win)Revision6ee4392c6cef820c64ff50b5fd5eeb8596cd0394-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#702} (32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/searchEngines
(2)Click on 'Add' button and add any search engine.
(3)Now drag the 'url %s' out and observe the text.

Actual: Text of url is not properly visible after dragging out.

Expected: Text of url is should be properly visible after dragging out.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M50' series i.e 50.0.2638.0

Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
