What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome://settings/help. Wait for update to start.
(2) Refresh chrome://settings/help.
What is the expected result?
Spinner icon, "Google Chrome is updating. Refresh in a minute to check if it's done."
What happens instead?
Error icon. "An error occurred while checking for updates: The updater is currently running. Refresh in a minute to check again."
"The updater is currently running" is not an error. It's a status report. It should not be presented as such.
