Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I am developing some pages shown on Chrome, however there is something confusing. At Chrome 59, when I clean all of my cache and open my pages, the input html tag can't get focus but we can input by keyboard. It is not a bug for we can input but it brings bad using experience. I checked that we used html-native input tag and just changed its css so I think our method using now is correct. Furthermore, at Chrome 58, we can't re-show the same problem. That's why I send this message to you. For some reasons, I can't give you the url, but I think it is easy to re-show. Thank you for reading my poor English. What is the expected behavior? input can get focus What went wrong? input can't get focus but we can input it by keyboard. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

@ rbasuvula: I encountered this issue when using customized input element (from Semantic UI framework) and delivering site via SSL. I wrote simple demo for reproducing, see https://github.com/nartamonov/chromium-issue-751368-demo Affects both 59 and newer 60 versions. Tried on Windows 7 x64. When use plain HTTP it works fine. In IE 11 it also works fine.
