memlog: Clean up threading model in MemlogReceiverPipe

Currently it uses a one thread per pipe model. Consider moving to a single reader thread model for simplicity until performance becomes a bottleneck.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)

The current model seems fine in terms of simplicity, and is necessary for performance when there's more than 1 profiled process.
