[Feedback PreStable] Chrome is not launching native apps even if they are installed

Project Member Reported by jainabhi...@chromium.org, Aug 1 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.72
OS: iOS 10 / iOS 11

User Comments
1. YouTube links don’t open in YouTube app in chrome on iOS 11
2. When clicking on links for directions it does not automatically open up in Google maps app
3. The automatic launch of the Google map ceased. I am in trouble because I use it at work.

All these reports suggest that user had Youtube and Maps apps installed but after M60 these links no longer open Native app.

There may be a few reasons:
- User should upgrade to latest YouTube app which registered for Universal Links. Please ask user for YouTube app version to verify. Same for Google Maps app.
- Please ask user for specific URLs that are not launching Google apps.
- User might have accidentally disabled Universal Links on YouTube (or Google Maps) URLs. Resetting it in iOS is somewhat opaque, but one sure way is to uninstall the app (YT or Google Maps) and then reinstall from App Store.
