It doesn't reproduce on 3173, but it's now really hard to scroll down there.  I think It's a problem with the omnibar.

If I fling the page to the bottom, the Desktop Version link is covered by the omnibar. (If I didn't know to look for it, I wouldn't have known it's there.)  I had to scroll two more times to get to the actual bottom of the page.

Steps to repro:
1.Launch Chrome.
2. Enable chrome home via about://flags
3. Visit URL: 'https://github.com/appsforartists/'
4. Switch to mobile version if not already selected.
5. Scroll down the web page and hit the link 'Desktop Version' 

result: User toggled to 'Show More Activity' button.
