I had an old version of gclient and ran it to update.

The first time I ran it I got error:

C:\Users\wfh>gclient
'tool' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Usage: gclient.py <command> [options]

[help text deleted]

Second time I ran it, it updated correctly.
