When DevTools is docked at certain sizes, several options on the Network tab aren't visible without resizing the panel. This makes it awkward to reach options like Throttling at the typical size I keep DevTools at. Please make it easier to reach them without having to resize the panel every time.

There's a couple glitches with my Chrome console that I'd like to fix:
1) whenever I hit F12 to bring up the Chrome console, only the lower half of it shows up on my screen. The upper half, with the title bar, the control and the menus, are off the top of my screen. I have to drag the lower edge of the console and then suddenly the whole thing fits within the screen.
2) If I got to a particular page and then hit F12, I don't get the javascript associated with that page (it's not even in the list that comes up with Ctrl-p). I have to refresh the page in order to get it. How can I fix this?
