CrOS PR "pay" button defaulted to black text |

Issue descriptionIn ChromeOS, the when PR is first opened, the color of the text on the "Pay" button is black. Once you hover, it corrects to white. It should be white the whole time.

Closing this as WontFix as I believe it was a bug in the UI stack similar to Issue 794556 . Feel free to reopen if it's still an issue. |
