Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://mail.google.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://mail.google.com 2. See random data blitted into the logo 3. What is the expected behavior? Nice clean images What went wrong? Couple other notes. 1) Disabling hardware acceleration fixes it. 2) This is an older mac, I've had other GPU bugs with it, I'll attach the about:gpu in the other comments. 3) I ran complete hardware memory tests, thinking the RAM might be bad, all came back clean. 4) I can't get it to reproduce on other sites, but it's always present on gmail. 5) I submitted a previous bug on this, through the chrome ui last week, but I didn't get a bug number and can't find it now. Hoping to track this better here. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes started a couple of weeks ago (today is aug 1, 2017) Does this work in other browsers? klobad@ Thank you for the issue. Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 using latest Stable 60.0.3112.90 and canary 62.0.3175.0 with the below steps 1.Logged into Gmail account and could not observe any random data on Google logo and search field. Please find the attached screen shot and confirm if anything missed here.Request you once try the issue on clean profile and update the thread. Thanks

Ooh, interesting. I have the gmail windowed zoomed in by 125%! If I reset it to 100% it's ok, but when I zoom to 125% it repros. On mac that's command-Shift-+ 100 looks ok 110 looks ok 125 garbage 150 garbage 175 garbage 200 and above looks ok

Tested the issue on Mac OS 10.12.5 using chrome m60 #60.0.3112.90 and M62 #62.0.3177.0 and issue is not reproduced in different zoom settings. Attached screencast for reference. @Could someone from UI team look into this, as TE is unable to reproduce the issue. Thanks!

Another comment might be to ditch the Theme of gmail? My logo is the multicolored one, not just plain while, I'm running without a theme I think? The UI is all while background no pictures?

Here's a screenshot with two separate mail accounts, one themed and one not. The Google in the themed one is plain white and seems ok, the Google in the non-themed one has a transparent white overlay on it, but no garbage yet. The Search image on both is garbled and the apps image in both is garbled. So doesn't necessarily imply that the theme is the problem.

Hi klobad@, I think this is because you have "--ignore-gpu-blacklist" specified in your flags. Did you customize your command line arguments or modify the "override software rendering list" option in about:flags? It's expected that there are rendering issues with the GPU blacklist ignored. This should be fixed if you re-enable this via about:flags, set "override software rendering list" to disabled?
