What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://permission.site/

What is the expected result?
Page should show various buttons

What happens instead?
The page is blank except for the GitHub label in the upper right hand corner

Doesn't repro in 60.0.3112.78 or 61.0.3163.20

It works in 62.0.3173.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) on Mac. Please test again in the next Android Canary.
