Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Edge/14.14393 Example URL: SoundCloud.com or Reddit.com, neither load. YouTube loads slowly, and so does Google.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to enter a website. 2. Nothing happens. 3. System tells me Chrome is only using 0,1mbps Internet. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? My router lost Internet connection earlier today, but eventually came back. All browsers and apps on this PC and other devices worked fine, except Chrome on this Windows 10 PC. Not sure if the event is related. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0 Tried reinstalling Chrome, restarting the PC, disabling hardware acceleration, disabling the Firewall. tried Canary too, but with same results. I'm writing this in Microsoft Edge, confirming it's not the Internet provider.

Apologize for not updating. The case was, somehow, resolved about 5-6 hours later. Nothing to report.
