Issue description
Chrome Version : headless chrome=60.0.3112.78
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:OK
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Clicking on any menu option on chrome headless does not work
(2)

What is the expected result?
Chromedriver for Selenium driver should click on this link.
What happens instead?
Error:
selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: Element <dt>...</dt> is not clickable at point (110, 569). Other element would receive the click: <dt>...</dt>
(Session info: headless chrome=60.0.3112.78)
