Accessibility audit's contrast checker produces hard-to-use list of failing elements

Project Member Reported by jyasskin@chromium.org, Aug 1 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.78 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Take an accessibility audit of a page with some bad contrast.

What is the expected result?

Clicking a failed element scrolls to it and highlights it; right clicking gives some options for how to identify it.

What happens instead?

Hovering gives an xpath to the element, but no way to copy that xpath or search for the element.

Thanks for filing! FYI the tracking issue for this on the Lighthouse side is over on Github (https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/issues/2289).
