what is it meant by 'recovered everything'?

Like performance, like CF. 

So essentially if we display the number of perf tests regressed and improved and show for CF the number of test cases failed I would expect that the revert of the CL shows the same thing but reversed.

I think for CF we don't have the functionality to show the Fixed per revision.

So it's basically like normally showing perf and CF for revert relations as well? (for perf at least) this will happen automatically as soon as we include reverts relations in the db :D

Indeed. That is the plan :-)
