Story: As a V8 stability sheriff I want to be able to look up commits of other people in order to faster identify if a CL is a culprit during a stability investigation and see if there is already a Clusterfuzz reproduction identified for a crasher.

Most of it is already working out-of-the-box. I think in order to have a real solution we need a search field on top of the commits/ view.
