Regression: Autoscroll of color picker window is seen on adding colors in custom color palette

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.25 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 , Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools >> Open color picker window from styles section 
(2)Now go to custom palette in color palette and add colors by clicking "+" icon [Please refer video]
(3)After completion of 2 rows observe focus 

Expected: Focus should be seen near "+" icon 
Actual: Instead it autoscrolls to top of color picker window.

This is a regression issue broken in M59.
