Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3173.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and Go to chrome://flags and enable Site settings with All sites and Site details (2)Navigate to chrome://md-settings/content/cookies and Add a site in any section (3)Go to Site details and observe Expected Added cookie name should be seen in site details page Actual Instead, No name is seen Note: Will update windows behaviour when it's available This is a Regression issue broken in M-62 Below is the Manual bisect info ============================== Good Build:62.0.3172.0 Bad Build: 62.0.3173.0

Thanks for the report! The bisect is correct. This behaviour is intended, though I didn't realise it would also affect added patterns in Site Settings. The real fix is to remove the link to Site Details on patterns from the site lists, but this only appears when #enable-site-settings is turned on, so I don't think it's a release blocker.
