Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. install an application on Linux OS 2. Have an HTML with the following tag as part of the web application <input accept=".zip" type="file" multiple="multiple"> 3. Run the application to the html in chrome browser in any OS ( I tried in MAC and Windows). 4. The click on browse button does not open the File Manager pop-up. 5. The same thing works fine in FF. Also if we install the application in any other OS(windows/mac) it works well in chrome as well. Pretty confused on how a browser behavior is related to the Application installed OS. What is the expected behavior? The File Manager pop-up ( File selector pop-up) should be shown with only listing the .zip files. What went wrong? No errors in browser console. As a alternate when I add .tgz to the accept ( accept=".tgz,.zip") then it works. But I cant use it because I do not want to show up the tgz files in the file selector. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Sounds similar to 750645 tkent@ are there new policies in Chrome 60 that are now breaking some sites?
