Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Issue with the new long press menu: when you long press on an image that is also a link, the "IMAGE" tab is the default instead of the "LINK" tab. The reason this is a problem is, people will tap "Open image in new tab" when they expected that button to be "Open in new tab" What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? This is a regression from the previous behavior. Go to google.com, tap on "IMAGES" and do an image search. Long press on one of the thumbnail results and observe the "IMAGE" tab is the default. The "IMAGE" tab should not be the default for linked images, "LINK" should be the default Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 62 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.0 Flash Version:

Closing out - I believe we're planning on doing a redesign of the context menu that will remove the tabs structure. |
