Steps to reproduce the problem:
On instagram pages, there is a mini banner that says "Sign Up" and it also has a close X button. In Chrome Canary 62, the contents of the mini banner are not showing, but they are showing in the current stable shipping version of Chrome

I've attached a screenshot, on the left is the current stable version of Chrome, and on the right is Canary (I put green rectangles around the mini banner to make it clearer what I'm referring to)
