Issue descriptionHello, This is normal operations from a newly purchased (one registered owner) chromebook. I use this daily for hangouts and email. REFRESHED THE LOG TODAY AS I experienced another black screen crash approx 11am while in hangouts with kathy. This one took a little bit of time for the chromebook to recover from. It seems to be getting slightly worse. I have cleared all cookies and temp internet files from the beginning of time. Logged out, closed the browser as well as performed a couple power washes. After this happened today, I connected to my other internet service- This is why I have generated a new log as this has potentially additional detail. 1: It has multiple tpm errors, has crashed frequently- 2: Is NOT logging most google hangout sessions. 3: When I call kathy on hangouts most times it does not ring on my end at all. The exception being if for some unknown reason (to me) the hangout session WAS logged, I can click our previous session that was logged hit video icon and it will ring. 4. Is not currently connected to a printer, but if I print a document to PDF it will only store 1 page of the PDF. 5. Gmail shows 10 active sessions coming from my IP- I dont know if this is an error or not. 6. Device totally blacked out in hangouts yesterday- but I did not have chrome logging on. But I just ran another log and hopefully it contains more detail.
