This is because of https://codereview.chromium.org/2926013002/. I was being told there are no uses of console in Chromium, but there some in build/config/android/internal_rules.gni which seem to have been introduced recently as part of http://crbug.com/725224. We need to replace those uses with explicit pool (there's already a TODO to do that) which should be straightforward and then land that change together with this roll.

Surprise! Yes, looking forward to this change and to using explicit pools!
