Steps to reproduce the problem:
After activating the Flash plugin and pressing the "Select" (in Dutch: "Selecteer") button an upload screen should open. It shows for a part of a second and than the initial screen comes back. Uploading is not possible.

What is the expected behavior?
An upload screen should appear.

What went wrong?
No upload possible.

Has worked since 2006, works on Firefox and Edge, worked on Chome until one week ago.
