What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)i use flashplayer but it is not working
(2)i need to use that in order to work but the audio's im listening to aren playing properly
(3)extra slow

What is the expected result?
the audio files i have to listen to for work should be able to work at different speeds and it is not working due to flash player

What happens instead?
extremely slow on audio
