See this demo: https://jsfiddle.net/kprqe4wc/2/ 2. Try to resize right column 3. Borders and backgrounds of the table are not displaying correctly What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? There is Blink-engine problem: borders and backgrounds "float". Wrong rendering while resizing, because there is element with transformation. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Required for this issue: 1) Some elements with tranformation. 2) Table with border-collapse: collapse. 3) TDs with position: relative.

Tested the issue on windows 10 & 7 , Mac os 10.12.5 and ubuntu 14.04 using chrome M60 #60.0.3112.78 and issue is reproduced. Issue is fixed in latest dev and canary and hence providing the reverse bisect results. Good build: 61.0.3143.0(Revision: 482834). Bad build: 61.0.3141.0 (Revision: 482153). You are probably looking for a change made after 482175 (known good), but no later than 482176 (first known bad). We're not going to merge this into 60 at this time as far as I know. But I suppose we'll ask given comment #2 requests it. pdr@, could you do the merge if approved?

Thanks for taking the time to file a nice and small testcase. The fixing patch was not entirely trivial and I'd lean towards not merging because it could introduce other bugs :/
