[css-grid] max-height percentages are wrongly resolved for replaced grid items

Check the attached example, the image should have a 100px height,
but the "max-height" percentage isn't resolved.

The problem doesn't happen with "height" instead of "max-height".

This has affected me, I spent quite a bit of time trying to work out what was happening before discovering it was simply a bug in Chrome. Is anyone aware of a workaround that will emulate the correct behavior regardless of whether the cell uses `grid-auto-rows: auto` or `grid-auto-rows: <some fixed size here>`?

BTW, min-height has the very same issue.
