Chrome Minimised Pop-Up occured and multi window does not display.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Chrome is included in multiple window and "Chrome has been minimized" pop-up occurs when you press home and run Chrome again and multi window does not display.

What is the expected behavior?
It should be opened in Multi window. 

What went wrong?
multi window does not display.

Did this work before? N/A

We are not able to repro this issue on Chrome:59.0.3071.125 Device:Nexus 5x/7.1.2.Could you please provide us additional details about the device if possible provide us a video.
