What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome or Browse as guest >> Navigate to chrome://settings/cupsPrinters page
(2)Click on Add Printer button >> In Add a printer manually overlay,Enter details and click on ADD button
(3)Click on Model drop down in 'Select a printer manufacturer & model' overlay before selecting any option in manufacturer drop down
(4)Select any option in manufacturer drop down >>Now click on Model drop-down and Observe

Expected: Options in Model drop down should be seen properly.
Actual: Instead, Weird model drop down is seen.

This is non-regression issue seen from M59.
