Multiple bookmark entries are created after drag and drop of same url.

Chrome Version: 62.0.3172.0 b86b4c08ea245b97bee78f06c41ddf98dacf6127-refs/heads/master@{#490684}(64 Bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.3, 10.12.5, 10.11.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome bookmark any webpage, press cmd+shift+b such that bookmark bar appears
(2)Now drag drop bookmarked url 2-3 times on bookmark bar and observe.


Actual: Multiple bookmark entries are created after drag and drop of same url.

Expected: Multiple bookmark entries should not be created after drag and drop of same url.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M45' series i.e 45.2437.4 

Note: Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

I don't know that it's forbidden for the same URL to appear more than once on the bookmarks bar. You can make that happen also with the Bookmarks Manager.
