Issue descriptionVersion: 62.0.3171.0 d82eb4601227635631686c93b5e9ac376ab8ee6f-refs/heads/master@{#490649} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Mac(10.11.6,10.12.3,10.12.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, click on avatar icon on top RHS of browser and click on 'Manage people' 2. Now click on iron icon and then click on remove this person,observe Actual: Text message is seen misplaced in remove this person overlay Expected: Text message should be seen properly in remove this person overlay This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and will soon update other info : Good build:62.0.3170.0 Bad build: 62.0.3171.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:62.0.3170.0(Revision:490562). Bad build:62.0.3171.0(Revision:490649). You are probably looking for a change made after 490643 (known good), but no later than 490644 (first known bad).
