Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3171.0 (Official Build)d82eb4601227635631686c93b5e9ac376ab8ee6f-refs/heads/master@{#490649}(64-bit) OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3), Win(7,8,10). Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and open devtools on NTP 2. Go to 'Audit' section and observe Actual: Content above 'Perform an audit' button of 'Audit' section is misplaced toward L.H.S Expected: Content of 'Audit' section should be centered aligned This is regression issue broken in M-62, will soon update the bisect info. Good Build: 62.0.3170.0 Bad Build: 62.0.3171.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:62.0.3170.0(Revision:490562). Bad build:62.0.3171.0(Revision:490649). You are probably looking for a change made after 490643 (known good), but no later than 490644 (first known bad).
