Clean up linux-firmware, remove old unused firmware files

Project Member Reported by kirtika@google.com, Jul 30 2017

Issue description

OS: R52

The linux-firmware repo has many old, unused firmware files, e.g.
Intel wifi has 53 firmware versions.

../src/third_party/linux-firmware $ ls iwlwifi* | wc -l
53

For a given device (Caroline, StP2), we copy over 8 files for the firmware, of which most likely not more than 2 can be loaded (the driver
would reject the rest for being too old an API version).
Clean up the rest - this would free up 5-6 MB per DUT for iwlwifi alone.

For my curiosity: do we care about this repository tracking anything close to "upstream"? This technically sorta mirrors the repo at kernel.org, but we mostly just take FW drops directly, right? I'm curious because I recently dropped a useless Marvell firmware from the ebuild (to stop installing; we don't support that version of the chip), but didn't bother removing from the repo for now, since the same (or similar) file is tracked upstream.
