Web pages keep refreshing by themselves, seemingly at random

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a web page in Chrome
2. Scroll down the page a bit
3. Web page will refresh by itself after 5-30 seconds
4. Repeat at step 2

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Web pages keep refreshing by themselves, seemingly at random. This happens in the Chrome app and anything using a web view.

Did this work before? Yes 59.0.3071.9

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.125  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.1.2; Pixel Build/NKG47M

Tested the issue using #59.0.3071.125 on #7.1.2; Pixel by navigated to some random site's and was unable to reproduce the issue.

@seadour: Could you please confirm is there any specific site's you're facing the issue? If so please add the sample URL's.

If possible please attach a expected screencast, which would help us in triaging of the issue.

Thanks Sandeep. Upon further research, I discovered this "random refresh" problem seems to be happening in all of my apps, not just Chrome. I think I've tracked it down to a specific app (PocketCasts) running in the background. We can close this Chromium bug report. Sorry for any confusion this has caused.
