Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/lkebin/w1xaq2jk/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Chrome on macOS (10.12.5), Macbook Pro 13" Retina screen (build-in monitor), external monitor doesn't appear the problem. 2. Open the jsfinddle demo 3. Resize the table column (drag the th border right) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The th border will be displayed in strange. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested the issue on Mac os 10.12.5 Macbook sierra 13" and Mac book pro retina 15" using chrome stable M60 #60.0.3112.78 and unable to reproduce the issue. Attached screencast for reference. @ikebin-- Could you please check attached screencast and confirm us if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue and help us with the screencast of the issue. Sorry, I cannot reproducing at this time (with the jsfiddle demo). I did reference https://github.com/Tympanix/angular-table-resize/issues/14 to add `opacity: 0.99` on the table tag in my project.
