Freezes when adding folders

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2480.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Right click on toolbar 2. Select Add folder 3. Browser Freezes What is the expected behavior? I should see a new folder added to the toolbar and the browser should not freezxe What went wrong? The browser froze and I was not able to close it. The folder was not added. I had to use task manager to close the browser Did this work before? Yes 46.0.2480.0 Chrome version: 46.0.2480.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested on latest Chrome stable #60.0.3112.90 & reported version #46.0.2480.0 and unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7. @edward -- Could you please try by updating your Chrome to latest stable #60.0.3112.90 and by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists. Thanks in advance.
