Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. On the page there is a link that highlights "closes" followed by the issue number (#257).
2. it is an ordinary link (<a>) with a title attribute (title="...")
3, The title attribute is pre-formatted following the email-format (as this is a git commit - line-breaks at ca. 72 char or such).

What is the expected behavior?
It would be great - from visiual space there is enough room - if that line-breaking would not be shortened.

What went wrong?
as it (the wrapping of lines) currently is, the rendering in the tooltip breaks the lines.

it would be great if possible to somewhat hint the (native?) tool-tip functionality (perhaps an issue with the system library used to display tool-tips) to respect the line-breaks in that tool-tip up to a meaningful extend if the screen real-estate allows it for rendering (e.g. 72 characters).

This would allow to display plain text (email) messages within a tool-tip w/o any further visual interruption.
