Evaluate testCloseKeyboardWhenNotVisible

testCloseKeyboardWhenNotVisible seems more appropriate to be a unit test.  It is testing a view controller method not crashing the app.   We should either refactor it as a better integration test, or replace with unit tests.

I cannot find who wrote the test as it has been moved several times.
