Win10 Host crashes when clicking on Display Settings

CRD version: 60.0.3112.78
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connect to a Windows host with dual screen and curtain mode on
(2)Right click on desktop and left click on Display Settings
(3)Display Settings starts to open then crashes

I could only repro this on my corp desktop with curtain mode turned off. it may be machine specific
