Screen is cut off on Windows dual screen in some resolutions

CRD version: 60.0.3112.78
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connect to a Windows host with dual screen
(2)Set resolution on the primary monitor to 1600x1200
(3)Note that the left side is cut off, to the point where the start button is cutt off

I could only repro this on my corp desktop with curtain mode turned off. it may be machine specific
