Issue descriptionStop Doing That! Flow: (1) builders dynamically generate a control file (dependent on chromite, autotest projects) corresponding to the build being tested. (2) They then run_suite in the lab, sending in the control file for the suite. (3) This test runs without SSP. This means that the control file from (1) uses stale code in (3) (that pushed to prod). This means that issue 750254 happens.
