Yep, I'm sad we're losing this optimization too! Unfortunately it didn't impact user perceived metrics in Stable channel, and it hasn't been enabled in a while.

If anyone is interested in reviving the experiment, please contact me.

(BTW I confirmed that the fifa.com hosted in telemetry does receive this optimization).
